New Year's Eve

Today's new years eve and I was thinking about what I did last year.  As I recall I was at a rave with a bunch of friends I wasn't very fond of.  I didn't have as much fun as I thought I was going to because, being the only sober person, I had to chase after my friends and make sure they didn't do anything stupid.  This year, I'm laying low.

I'm going over to a friends house and we're going to watch Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and then movies.  Usually USA puts on a SVU marathon but this year they traded that in for a Burn Notice marathon.

If I have time to post tomorrow I'm planing on posting a little thing I wrote about screamo music.

I don't have any new years resolutions at the moment but tell me about yours.  It might give me some good ideas.

Welcome to my life

So, I'm going to try something new. I used to have my blog on livejournal but I'm moving it here to kinda start fresh and take things in a new direction.

My name is Storm and a I'm eighteen years old. I love to read, write and listen to music. Generally speaking what I write about will be anything. The topics are unlimited. But it usually involves some sort of entertainment. Such as music, movies or the latest youtube craze.

One thing that I can warn everyone about is that I'm crazy obsessed with Twilight fanfiction. Now, don't start running. I'm not obsessed with Twilight. I have read the books and seen the movies but I am more of a fan of the fanfiction because after reading Breaking Dawn I wasn't very satisfied. Whenever I find a story that is crazy good, I'll rec it and bluster about it. But if you are not into the whole Twilight thing... Just ignore it. It will pass.

So I really hope you find me charming instead of annoying... We'll see. Until you decide stick around, I might be entertaining.
